Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FJX TRAVEL LLC, doing business as FJX Trip, concerning your access to and use of our website www.fjxvoyage.buzz and our professional services.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. However:

Indemnification

Termination

Dispute Resolution

• If negotiations fail, mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
• If mediation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

Severability
